Blue Dot Solutions provides project management resources to assist your organization with any size mobile computing project, including software development, hardware implementation, network installation, asset tagging, etc. Our fundamental goal in all projects is to ensure they are launched on time, on budget, and with minimal impact as possible to end users of the system.

Blue Dot tracks all of its projects in Microsoft Project, and as such, our project managers are fully certified throughout the specifics of the application. As part of every Blue Dot project, we provide a complete MS Project plan that outlines both Blue Dot and customer action items and key milestones. This allows our business partners and customers to obtain up-to-date information on projects at any given time, and remain on-course with the expectations with everyone involved.

To compliment the project plan, Blue Dot project managers also conduct weekly status meetings as part of every project we manage. These meetings, coupled with a weekly status indicator document, review each prior weeks action items and outline the specific tasks to be completed for the week ahead. The weekly status indicator also highlights the status of each key milestone with the project and identifies potential high areas of risk associated with the project.
