Mobile Field Service is a fully integrated Packaged Mobile Application to Infor System21, and optimized for full-screen Windows-based (Tablet, XP, and Windows 7) operating system devices. The solution automates the processing of a wide range of remote service management job tasks. Specifically, once a job has been received by the call center and dispatched to a designated mobile user, the field worker will leverage Mobile Field Service to automate traditional manual processes including work order review and completion, recording labor, inspections, risk assessments, and creating new work in the field.
Mobile Service Management is a fully integrated Packaged Mobile Application to Infor XA, and optimized for full-screen Windows-based (Tablet, XP, and Windows 7) operating system devices. The solution automates the processing of a wide range of remote service management job tasks. Specific functionality of the Mobile Service Management includes the capability to synchronize service orders to the mobile device, record labor, process RMA’s & returns, view attachments, review and complete job tasks, and creating new service orders & RMA’s in the field. Mobile Service Management provides end to end integration with Service Management for XA (www. RMB Product page.com) a robust add-on Service Management product application widely adopted by XA customers. Additionally, Mobile Service Management handles all communication scenarios: online / offline; real-time / right-time; wired or wireless networks. A web-based portal is provided that supports centralized administrative functionality including: pre-installation compatibility analysis; solution configuration; license management and quarantine management.
