Challenge
It is critical that today’s mobile solutions provide flexibility for a variety of device platforms and screen sizes, as different users often require different mobile hardware platforms to optimally support their needs. Additionally, as new and improved operating systems and devices quickly become available, solutions must be compatible with upgrades to leverage optimal device functionality.

Applying mNOW!
The mNOW! Mobile Framework^® assures customers device flexibility by decoupling the mobile application logic from the underlying hardware through XMLR ™ - Blue Dot’s XML @ Runtime. This allows the mNOW! Mobile Framework to support 1/4, ½, Full, and custom VGA screen sizes and a wide range of Microsoft compatible devices (Including but not limited to Windows Mobile, Pocket PC, CE.NET, Windows Tablet Edition, Windows XP). In addition, Blue Dot supports a variety of device synchronization options including batch (cradle sync), LAN 802.11 b/a/g, WAN- GPRS, CDMA, Edge, etc, Satellite communication, Dial-up, and Ethernet. As new devices, platforms and network technologies emerge, Blue Dot remains committed to the evolution of the mNOW! Mobile Framework to bring the benefits of these technologies to our customers and partners.
