Mick Milnark - Co-Founder and Partner
In his 8th year with Blue Dot Solutions, Mick Milnark continues to build on his history of success with the company. Mick’s current role is to oversee the corporation’s strategic direction, specifically applying his expertise in the areas of product development, operations, and key sales initiatives. With a close understanding of the company’s past products and services, Mick brings management consistency to Blue Dot’s renewed focus on moving forward.

Prior to employment with Blue Dot, Mick was the founder and owner of Inventory Rescue Squad, an inventory consulting and logistics business focused on automating labor through mobile computing. In addition to running the company and directly driving new business opportunities, Mick was responsible for overseeing as many as sixty field representatives. All in all with his tenure at Blue Dot, Mick brings 11 years experience in the mobile computing market. Mick has a BS in Marketing from Bowling Green State University with a minor in Computer Science.

Gary Blohm - Co-Founder and Partner
Gary's primary focus is to steer Blue Dot’s strategic marketing direction and business partner alliance activities.

Gary’s background ranges from marketing and sales management positions within large technology organizations to key leadership roles within early stage technology companies. Prior to joining Blue Dot, Gary spent three years with Cisco Systems in a sales management role. While at Cisco, Gary utilized his sales management background to manage key strategic accounts and drive marketing initiatives with the introduction of emerging products within the telecommunications space. Prior to joining Cisco, Gary spent a few years with LighTech Fiberoptics, an early stage technology company, driving both their key marketing and sales initiatives. Gary has a B.S from Adelphi University and a graduate degree from Hofstra University.

Randy Starr - VP of Technology
Randy joins Blue Dot after 3+ years as the Director of Technology for Countermind, a mobile framework company based just outside of Denver, CO. In his role, Randy led the mobile technology strategy for Countermind’s Mobile Intelligence Platform, including product vision, continued evolution of product roadmap, product positioning, and technical sales support.

Prior to Countermind, Randy was the National Practice Manager for Interlink Group’s Mobile and Wireless Solutions’ Practice. At Interlink, now EMC, Randy was responsible for developing the product strategy for an application framework/toolset which enabled the rapid development and deployment of highly repeatable mobile & wireless solutions. While at Interlink and prior to his role as National Practice Manager, Randy also spent five years as a mobile solutions design architect. Randy is an experienced software engineer in a variety of software languages, integration toolsets, and mobile framework related technologies. Randy studied Computer Science and Business Management at Montana State University.

Liz Pecoraro - VP of Finance
Liz oversees Blue Dot’s banking relationships and internal accounting team. With Liz’s leadership and expertise, Blue Dot’s financial functions are an integral part of the business operations, which have been critical to supporting Blue Dot’s continued growth and profitability.

Liz’s background includes 18 years of public and private accounting. Prior to joining Blue Dot in 2001, Liz was a Vice President with First Data Corporation since 1993 where her responsibilities included corporate accounting functions supporting an initial public offering. In addition, she led a $75 million business unit as the General Manager, overseeing sales, marketing, operations and financial functions. Prior to First Data, Liz spent several years traveling internationally for Bristol Myers Squibb Corp. as an internal auditor and she started her career with Ernst and Young, where she obtained her CPA. Liz has a B.S. from the University of Richmond.

Eric Roberts - VP of Professional Services
Eric comes to Blue Dot Solutions to lead all service management and development activities for the continued growth and success of our mNOW! Mobile Framework and license agreements. This while establishing sound software practices for exceeding client expectations and enabling Blue Dot in continuing to successfully grow globally and within the multichannel access gateway market.

Eric’s engagements prior to joining Blue Dot include being a founder and executive of a California based software company where he led a Product Development and Project Office group. Further experience includes Senior Global Project Management with both Reuters and Triad Financial, a former subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit. Over 12 years experience in the software and service management space, Eric has worked closely with companies like Oracle, PeopleSoft and Visa International. Eric also holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has obtained PMP, CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) and ITIL (Service Management) certifications.
