
Management TeamMick Milnark - COO Prior to his employment with Blue Dot, Mick was the founder and owner of Inventory Rescue Squad, an inventory-consulting and logistics business focused on automating labor through mobile computing. In addition to running the company and directly driving new business opportunities, Mick was responsible for overseeing as many as 60 field representatives. Including his tenure at Blue Dot, Mick brings 11 years experience in the mobile computing market. Mick has a BS in marketing from Bowling Green State University, with a minor in computer science. Gary Blohm - CBO Gary’s background ranges from branding, marketing and sales-management positions with large technology organizations to key leadership roles with early-stage technology companies. Specifically, and prior to joining Blue Dot Gary spent 8+ years in the optical networking space. During this time Gary spent three years with Cisco Systems in sales management. While at Cisco, Gary utilized that background to manage key strategic accounts and drive marketing initiatives by introducing emerging products into the telecommunications space. Prior to joining Cisco, Gary spent a few years with LighTech Fiberoptics, an early-stage technology company, driving its key marketing and sales initiatives. Gary has a BS from Adelphi University and a graduate degree from Hofstra University. Randy Starr - VP of Technology Prior to joining Blue Dot, Randy was Director of Technology for Countermind, a mobile-framework company based just outside of Denver, Colorado. Randy led the mobile technology strategy for Countermind’s Mobile Intelligence Platform, including product vision, evolution of product road map, product positioning and technical sales support. Randy’s mobile experience also includes his role as the National Practice Manager for Interlink Group’s Mobile and Wireless Solutions Practice. At Interlink (now EMC), Randy was responsible for developing the product strategy for an application framework/tool set that enabled the rapid development and deployment of highly repeatable mobile and wireless solutions. Randy is an experienced software engineer in a variety of software languages, integration tool sets, and mobile framework-related technologies. He studied computer science and business management at Montana State University. Eric Roberts – VP of Technical Operations Prior to joining Blue Dot, Eric was a Senior Global Program Manager for Thomson Reuters, applying Agile practices and other styles to the delivery of core financial products. Eric worked closely with management and led teams in Asia, Europe and the United States. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Eric was a co-founder and executive at a California-based software company, where he led product development and project office groups. Eric holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has earned PMP, CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) and ITIL (Service Management) certifications. Liz Pecoraro - VP of Finance Liz’s background includes 18 years of public and private accounting. Prior to joining Blue Dot in 2001, Liz was a Vice President with First Data Corporation for eight years. Her responsibilities included corporate accounting functions to support an initial public offering. In addition, she led a $75 million business unit as the General Manager, overseeing sales, marketing, operations and financial functions. Prior to First Data, Liz spent several years traveling internationally for Bristol Myers Squibb Corporation as an internal auditor. She started her career with Ernst and Young, where she earned her CPA designation. Liz has a BS from the University of Richmond. Andrew Gow – International Technical Director In his role with DART, Andrew was responsible for establishing strategic business alliances and overseeing all major project implementations, combining hands-on customer-implementation experiences with strategy planning. He is leveraging his current knowledge and working relationship with long-standing Blue Dot partner Infor, a $3.2 billion ERP software vendor that private-labels Blue Dot's Packaged Mobile Application Platform as Advanced Mobile for Infor. Additionally, Andrew Prior to his role as a Director, Andrew worked within DART as a Senior Solution Architect, implementing Blue Dot’s Advanced Mobile – Packaged Mobile Application Platform for various enterprise customers in the UK. Before working in the UK, Andrew was a consultant specializing in EAM and ERP installations and upgrades in Australia, where he studied for his Computer Science degree at Wollongong University.
