>> mCORE!^® Communication Agent

The mCORE!^® Communication Agent is a device-side service that runs quietly in the background and acts as the primary communication bridge to the mCORE!^® Communication Server(s).  It automatically monitors and manages network connections, ensuring real-time performance when network connectivity is available and right-time (store and forward) communication when connectivity is unavailable to the user. 

The Communication Agent hosts extensible Message Handler Plug-ins that supports a broad variety of prebuilt device management and remote support capabilities.  New Message Handlers can be created to extend existing functionality or to add new functionality as desired.  Message Handlers can also utilize the Extensibility Channel to interact with other applications and / or device peripherals to provide even richer functionality and integration to unique device capabilities.
