How We Work Together
Blue Dot Solutions has been ToolWatch’s strategic mobile computing partner since 2000. Specifically, Blue Dot serves as ToolWatchs' partner for the procurement and managed services for the TW-5600. With the marketing and branding direction of ToolWatch, Blue Dot has designed and provides ToolWatch customers with the TW-5600, which is a branded, ruggedized mobile device that has been certified to run on ToolWatch Mobile; their newest generation of mobility software. In addition, Blue Dot provides ToolWatch and their customers with a suite of managed services to the TW-5600 that includes; procurement, operating system testing, mobile software loading & testing, battery charging, kitting, shipment, and warranty/support plan guidelines.
